So Cleveland is stressed out eh?
Why do I have this odd sensation of Deja Vu? Ah, oh well. Anyway, Cleveland is stressed out, broke, and edgy. We have sub-par sports teams, downtown looks like the inside of a strip mall; there are more bars and places to eat than there is something to do. But that doesn’t make a city stressful; of course not. So what makes a Cleveland, Ohio so stressful? Well let’s see, we have a failing infrastructure, water bills that make no sense. Areas of the city without water for over 20 hours due to above ground water pipes busting. Poor economy, failing roadways, politicians going to jail. But hey, at least we got a Walmart in Steelyard Commons. Not only that, the citizens in this wonderful city – the vast majority have this huge ass chip on their shoulders.
But enough about that. Let’s look at the positive side here, the Cleveland, Ohio area is one of the easiest places to live in. People are friendly, but not nosy. They know how to be kind, without being invasive. Clevelanders help you, whether they know you or not. They care about you, and look after you, whether they know you or not, also. Clevelanders are approachable, reasonable, and fair. I know some of you may or may not agree with that but we’re different for a reason right?
Now you want to know stressful? Look at Toledo, Ohio. Now, that sucker is a real gem. Toledo should have air balloons in the sky, with writing that says: “We want to be like Detroit, and PROUD of it!” Speaking of Detroit, I wouldn’t wish moving there on my worse enemy. Although, if you want to get out of Cleveland I understand there are some great deals in Gary or Detroit. If folks there aren’t trashy enough for you, try taking your talents to anywhere in Florida where the crack heads all have tans!

Cleveland is one stressful place to live eh?
Well no shit.
The study took crime rates, unemployment and health of residents into account when creating the rankings.
According to the study, Cleveland has the most robberies per 100,000 residents and had an increased number of deaths from heart failure, hypertension and stroke.
With Cleveland being at #3 on the list of most stressful places to live and work, Los Angeles being #2 and Detroit being #1. What do we got here let’s see. We have a stupid Healthline in the middle of Euclid that cost millions to make; that no one rides because one way is $3.00 and an all day pass is $5.00. Not only is it dangerous but a complete eye sore. There is more construction going on than there are people who are employed. They’re constantly building pointless buildings, like another art museum for example. We have PLENTY of those already. The people here are nasty in every sense of the word and it smells. If it wasn’t for my grandmother, I would of been left. It is also in high poverty. Nearly 65% of Clevelanders are in poverty.
The east side of Cleveland should just be bulldozed and started over…including the Cleveland Clinic who is ever so desperately trying to get the blacks from over there so they can finish knocking down 100′s of homes to throw up parking garages. Besides the Cleveland Orchestra and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland, Ohio sucks. Just knowing that fact could stress anyone out.
The best and brightest left years ago and took business and opportunity with them. All that’s left are those who complain about change, take public handouts [either from welfare or from public sector jobs that create nothing of value for the region] and are fiercely Democratic. Thirty years ago, Cleveland was the home of more Fortune 500 HQ’s than any other city outside of New York. Not any more! They saw the light and moved elsewhere. If Clevelanders could visit other areas of the country and see what good governance and a thriving business community [strong chamber of commerce] can accomplish, they would truly understand why the city is called the ‘mistake by the lake’.

Hastily Made Cleveland Tourism Video: 2nd Attempt
This was sent to me by a friend of mine, his name is Terrance and felt that this would be my favorite song/video of all time. Well the best part about this is the “We’re not Detroit” part. Which they are in fact #1 for the most dangerous city this year once again. I don’t like Ohio let alone Cleveland, hell I call the Cleveland Cavaliers the Cleveland Fagaliers because I don’t like them either. I haven’t liked them since grade school and because they have a golden boy isn’t going to make me change my mind. I like the Boston Celtics. Anyway, also I’m not saying Cleveland is better than Detroit or worse than Detroit or is Detroit, hell if it was though, I wouldn’t want famous people to perform here being that in Detroit people get mauled, robbed or jumped when they perform there well anyone famous anyway. Haha Detroit sucks XD!

Hip-Hop Artists That Want To Perform in Detroit Michigan Will Have to Pay Hood Taxes!
Now how stupid is this? Is this what they decide to do for the rest of their lives? Anyone who famous that come to Detroit, Michigan has to pay “hood taxes” or get jumped and or robbed? First Yung Berg gets robbed for his Transformers chain, now Jim Jones get partially jumped but they failed at that. Anyway, just read this bullshit…
“A number of Detroit goons busted into a club – trying to get at rapper Jim Jones. Now we’re getting a little more info on what caused the beef to start. Word on the street is that Jimmy was behind in his payment of “hood taxes.”
What are hood taxes, you ask? Well, here’s how one insider explained it…
The taxes could be anything from doing a track with a local [Detroit] artist, or doing a free concert for a promoter, or show love to the streets by dropping off a couple of [thousand dollar] stacks.
And in case you’re wondering what the penalty is for not paying Detroit’s new “hood taxes. “Just like the IRS, the penalty is severe.”
What in the fuckery is this? Is it that cold in the ‘D’ that they have to resort to this? Fuck the fact that it has the best auto shows [according to research, not my opinion], Motown, and few other things but this is what this has came to? People have the nerve to applaud that and be proud of that. They “rep” their city in such a manner I don’t even know if that’s representing at all, I think that’s showing bad representation of what Detroit is. If you don’t know what went down about that shit with Yung Berg well here’s a snippet…
“Young Berg got into a physical altercation with a Detroit rapper. And that during the melee, Berg’s chain mysteriously disappeared.
Apparently Young Berg ran into rapper Trick Trick in a Detroit club. Words were exchanged between Young Berg and Trick Trick. And a few seconds later a bloody and bruised Young Berg was being carried out of the club without his chain.
Guess that’s how they do it out in THE D.”
This happened August 24, 2008, not really that much of a difference in months honestly. Damn though, people there are that damn broke? They consider themselves “goons“? More like coward, lazy, bums. Those who applaud that shit, you’re just like em’ just give another reason for racism to stick around. Being that I’m on this one site which is populated mostly of people from Detroit that’s how I got whiff of this shit. What is their sole purpose though, what in the hell are they getting out of this? Fame, rep, fortune, what?
This is what the culprits to what happened to Yung Berg had to say…
“Trick Trick, rapper and co-owner of the club Plan B where Yung Berg got his little ass toe the fuck down speaks:
“First of all I ain’t no jack nigga . I don’t need to jack nann [any] nigga to get what I gotta get. Karma’s a motherfucker so I’m not taking no nigga’s shit. I earn mine. I don’t need that piece of s**t ass aluminum foil chain the b**ch had on no way.”
While Trick admits it was members on his entourage who carried out the attack, he claims to have broken up the assault and argues Yung Berg should have cleared his appearance beforehand.
“My lil niggas got him. The label called and told me he wasn’t coming, so I wasn’t expecting him. So there was no need for me to tell the lil homies that ‘aye, the nigga’s straight,’ because he wasn’t coming,” Trick reasoned. “I saved that nigga’s life. He would probably be dead right now or in a coma if I hadn’t ran over there and pushed the lil homies back so they could quit stomping this nigga.”
Trick Trick feels unsympathetic to Berg’s situation, feeling the Chicago native brought the beat down on himself. “You can’t be saying shit Trick Trick’ and you don’t like dark skin women,” Trick sneered. “I was gonna school the little nigga to the ropes of the game! If you gonna take some notes, take notes from an OG. The lil homies got that trophy [the chain], I don’t want that shit. I don’t have any problems with the little nigga. I just don’t like him.”
Don’t nobody like that little weak ass light-eyed nigga. This probably won’t be his last beat down either, buster. “
Sorry about the vulgar language folks but that’s what he was saying. The bitch who had so much to say in my last blog about my “gangster talk” well you need to reevaluate your statements broad cause this shit they’re saying doesn’t compare. Anyway, my thing with this is that disgusts me so is the fact that its still happening and is allowed to keep happening. Hood taxes, what the fuck is that? Back in the day when my 73 year old grandmother was a kid, there really weren’t any jumping, you dished it out one on one, not this jumping shit. People who have to jump someone are cowards, pathetic, soulless, weak, cowards. I don’t know if these ignorant buffoons are the same ones who tried to get at Jim Jones but it doesn’t matter, they all look the same in my eyes.
There’s no shame, we’ll never be away from the racism when we get categorized all in the same group. Not all of us are like that, we are far from it, its going to take more than a few words to try and change that. They don’t realize when one of them do something so petty, so childish, we all get the blame [African Americans] they world on the other side of the fence just see one group not the ones who are the culprits but them all.
They’ve hit an all time low with this hood taxes bullshit, and I thought they couldn’t get any damn lower. I do believe though, that shit that happened with Yung Berg provoked the shit that happened with Jim Jones. Then they get so petty that people who want to perform there have to do a track with poor artists from/in Detroit. They suck so bad lyrically they have to force real performers to work with them on a music track. That’s class A lameness. They’re that broke that people with money have to give them money just to play in that bummy ass city. I wouldn’t give them fools a got damn dime. No one told them to brag about them being the murder capitol which is far from true. No one told them to shoot each other and find that people that aren’t from there should be scared to visit. That’s all they can say is, “people should be scared of the ‘D’ we murder people out here”. Like really, is that something to be proud of? I’m sorry if it sou- wait I’m not sorry but if it sounds like I’m talking about all of Detroit, I’m not but then again, I don’t really care. Society isn’t gone look at the ones who did it but look at us African Americans as a whole so there’s no point in me even trying to single a few out.
They love their city, they want to represent for their city but hell try cleaning it up a bit. People shouldn’t have to fear for their lives coming up or down 8-mile. So the hell what if Eminem came from there, that has nothing to do with Y.O.U. People like the ones describe make me sick, cause they rather wait til someone famous visit to try and set an example. Well good luck with that, you’ll be in a body bag way before you expect it.
