Well I found something that works for me. It's called the NRAA or The Master Controller Mod. All you need to do is go to your documents folder, create a Mods folder, add a resource.cfg file inside that folder; add a new folder and name it 'Packages' go here to download mod, also download the readme file. You will need Winrar or 7zip to unzip the files. Drag and drop the .package file in the 'Packages' folder you just created.

Flash Player applications rely heavily on processor usage and memory availability. So, if the game is slow and disconnecting, try running less applications on your computer while you are playing.
Download managers, peer to peer downloaders and other applications that access the Internet should especially be avoided. Pause the downloads and close them, or wait until they are finished, if you are having issues with too much lag while playing.

Note: Installing third-party software changes actual files in The Sims 3. Deleting the unsupported content will not erase the modifications to the game that the software installed.

The way the game updates work is that only the base game and the most recently released and installed title need to be updated - the products in between are ignored as far as version numbers are concerned. You can manually update the other products in between if desired, but this is not necessary.
