Omgosh… you’re like the absolute best..! i deleted most things i didnt even think were glitches. but there’s this top in which its not a top its just a woman naked. the top bit only. and beneath you can see like a blue track trousers. then there’s another top which is an apron written ” home cooking with kev” if you look closely. the bottom bit of thew female to baby is naked.
what do u mean by default eyes?
The default eyes, the ones you start with when making a character has been known to cause problems. Also, there is a file named this some people download from ModtheSims or from the Exchange on Thesims3.com
would the children lipstick be considered bad custom content?
Yes if you have exhausted every option behind a problematic game. Try moving it to a different location and see if any changes are made.

I don’t suppose you know the file name for a item of clothing that makes men have boobs! Its the standard women’s long sleeved top with t-shirt over the top of it. It is stuck in childrens and mens, and wrecks the game.
