on sims 3 xbox 360 it will not let me change sim however the y button still works]

coucou ça fait plus d’un an que j’ai les sims 3 et j’ai acheté ambition et je jous depuis 3 mois à ambition et la d’un seul coup je ne voit plus mes sims et je peux faire des actions mais je ne vois pas mes sims svp au secours
