You would think The Young and the Restless would be sick of doubles by now…

The writers need to be drug tested, its obvious they’ve been hitting the bong daily. Katherine, Phyllis, Patty, Jefferey, and now Lauren; all these doubles are a complete waste of a better storyline. Its getting pretty pathetic when there are two doubles at once. Since when did Shelia have a sister anyway? I thought she was an only child? If anything, the way this storyline is going, I won’t be surprised if David Chow, Adam, or even Drucilla is Lauren’s double. People have came back from the grave numerous times before.

The doubles are just too similar in every way. Their voice, their mannerisms, their hairstyles, the color, the makeup. I mean really, one would have to seriously study a person for years to pull it off. Even identical twins can only go so far. What really gets me is the family members don’t even notice any difference. Especially Jack and Patti is so unbelievable. How can you fake kissing and every other intimate detail one falls in love with? Also, not to be disgusting or anything; just making a statement but do you ever wonder if these look alike’s, look alike in their southern region? If not, then they must do it with the lights off in Genoa City.

Honestly are actors that scarce/expensive where they have to cheaply make so many doubles? Has any other soap have this many doubles? The things this soap is doing would be suitable for a cartoon.
