Pirating Games Vs. Buying Games

In my opinion, PC gaming is better than console gaming by far. If you haven’t even touched a gaming rig you can’t agree or disagree until you have. Anyway, some of you may or may not agree on this subject but I often times find it less stressful to just go ahead and buy the game.

Pirated Game Pros:

• Its free.
• Actually getting lucky and finding an error free game.

Pirated Game Cons:

• Cracks getting read as viruses when they’re resulting in the game not working.
• Some people who write these cracks and patches actually attach viruses.
• Downloading the game and realizing the game doesn’t even work.
• Files and .dll‘s are actually missing.
• Risking the health of your computer so you can play a pirated game.
• Getting caught by your ISP.
• Having to find a key or keygen to play the game because the character who pirated the game didn’t add one.
• Waiting days even weeks to download a game from a torrent site.

Purchasing Game Pros:

• Usually a problem free installation. [I mean you can't have a Dell Dimension 3000 trying to play Crysis.]
• Getting extra content that wouldn’t come with a pirated game.
• Being able to go online with no problems or having to use Hamachi.
• Not having to go online and beyond to find a key or keygen.
• Having fun playing the game.

Purchasing Game Cons:

• The prices.
