Controversial Abortion Billboards are True, NOT Racist…
I’m not trying to be an ass here but if the shoe fits…
It affects me. It affects you. It affects us. Abortion is not just a women’s issue. It is a human issue. And today, for African-Americans, it is a human crisis. Nearly 40% of all black pregnancies end in induced abortion. That’s over 3x the rate of white women and 2x the rate of all other races combined. There are beautiful alternatives: adoption and parenthood, but they are not money-makers for abortionists. -TooManyAborted.com
I’m still trying to figure out how people are finding these billboards racist. How are the billboards ‘targeted’ at the Black community if its based on facts and not bigotry? Besides that, the fact that these are kids making kids due to the lack of caring parents, safe sex practices, and sex education is probably the main cause to all of these abortions. It may sound and seem far-fetched but its not that much of a stretch.
On the site it says, “Men need to step up and own up to their responsibility as fathers. Period”. That is true if some if not most of them were men. Its again children having children. I’ve walked up and down the old neighborhood I used to live in and all I saw was pregnant teenagers or teenagers lugging two kids around; one for each hip. I’m not saying that all the abortions of the black percentage is from teenagers but I’m sure they make up a large amount of that percentage.
To keep their social lives intact they rather exterminate the pregnancy instead of carrying the child for 9 months and giving the baby up for adoption. Teens don’t think logically; they’re teens.
I can agree if you lay down to have a kid you should stand up to be parents. What if these kids are pressured into getting an abortion? If I had a dime for every time I heard, “my boyfriend suggested I get an abortion, and I agree” I would be filthy stinking rich. Some of these women don’t have the resources or a stable enough life to carry children but what can we do about it? Abortions are legal in the U.S.; so what exactly are we as Americans are doing to stop it?
When you look at these charts, can you honestly believe that those billboards are racist? Instead of facing the facts, most like to hide behind that racism wall and point the finger. Denial is a dangerous and often times lethal emotion.
Statistically, for every 1.3 live births in the black community, 1 child is aborted.
The stats are crazy and honestly its only going to get worse. These women and teens are going to keep taking the ‘easy way out’ even if they have to do it themselves. Yes, lets not talk about those type of abortions. Lets not get on the women and teens who actually carry the child for 9 months just to throw it in the garbage because they couldn’t afford an abortion and or they were too young to get it themselves which would result in parental consent.
Really, how many is too many? Is it too many because Blacks are minorities or is it too many because its just too many? Is this some conspiracy of ‘controlled population’? Shockingly, that has been argued and not just amongst Blacks.
Today, abortion kills more Blacks, per year, than heart disease, cancer, respiratory disease, accidents, homicides, suicide, and cancer–combined.
If anyone can explain to me thoroughly and logically how these billboards are racist; feel free. I’m done.

Why does he watch me sleep?
Its been occasions when I would wake up with this sense of someone watching me and low and behold, this fool [ex boyfriend] be at the end of the bed [never in the bed] staring at me. He doesn’t notice I’m laying there watching him watching me because its dark in the room. So he’s standing there staring at me; watching me for 2-3 minutes until he walks out of the room and 3-5 minutes later he comes back in and does it again. This has been going on for the past 5 months or so. I’ve even told him I know he watches me sleep and he tells me, I “sleep funny”. How in the hell does one sleep ‘funny’? Other times when I’m tossing and turning in my sleep and he’s up and about moving around in the apartment, he’ll walk in and start talking to me like I’m wide awake and giving him my undivided attention. I don’t know what’s going on with him but I seriously need to get the hell out of here. Living with an ex boyfriend is awkward as it is.
I honestly don’t think he does this because he loves me or to see me at peace and or that I look, calm and beautiful when I’m sleep. I’ve heard all of that before. Plus its dark as hell in the room, honestly what can he see in a pitch black ass room? Besides me seeing that awful bright white ass t-shirt he wears, not a damn thing.
I am so not flattered that he’s doing this; I’m pretty much creeped out. His posture and the way he tilt his head to one side and just stands there and watch…-shivers. I’m beginning to believe he does this to make sure I’m not waking up so he can sneak and do shit on my computer without my knowledge. My computer is in the living room and the bed is loud as hell so when I’m moving, I’m sure the next door neighbors can hear the bed. If I were to move to get up, what ever he is doing in the next room would and could be gone before I sit up to put on my house shoes.
If I were to ask why he watches me sleep, I won’t get an answer. I’ve known this man for 6 years; asking him anything would be a lost cause. My gut is telling me he’s out to get me [that was a joke...I think].

Woman sells kids for…a bird?!?!
Just when I thought I’ve read it all, I visit MSN.com and read the most outrageous story so far for 2010. This 52-year old woman sells 2 children for a bird and $175. I wish I could slap the life out of her. For a bird …for a bird and $175…that’s unbelievable. Oh, you can read about it here.
A 52-year-old Louisiana woman has pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of a minor for trading two children to a couple in exchange for an exotic pet bird and $175.
The woman isn’t the only one at fault. The couple is too. What could have possibly going through their heads? Children are far more valuable than some damn bird. Its a wonder how these people get caught.

Believe it or not, people still play this game.
Anyway, this is just a random ass screen shot of the game leaving me some place that’s surrounded by water. I crashed and this is where it left me. I thought it was funny at the time because the first time I crashed it left me on top of a light pole. I crashed no where near over here by the way. Other than that, Burnout Paradise would of been awesome if they would of kept traffic check.
Don’t be an ass, I’m well aware of the graphics. I’m using a GeForce 7950 at the moment because I don’t have my 9500.
Tiger Woods hasn’t done anything any other worldly man hasn’t done
What man on this earth haven’t cheated or thought about cheating? Tiger Woods is a man and the last time I checked no one is perfect. T. Woods don’t owe no one but his family an apology. Why must his golf career and his social life be jeopardized because of what he did off the green? I think it is sad we live in a country where a citizen has to apologize for his personal life; livelihood can be stripped away because of his personal life. So what that the only reason why he’s apologizing now is because he got caught, so what?! He shouldn’t be apologizing at all not to the public; but to his family. I know the rich are not above the law and above a standard of moral codes although most think they are; believing they can write a check to get them out of everything, I don’t think that is the case here.
Honestly, do you see men who aren’t famous making a public apology to the press about what they did behind closed doors? Why must this be a major issue like everyone besides Tiger is perfect? Show me a person who hasn’t cheated or at least thought about cheating and I’ll take back what I’ve said; which I don’t see happening.
For all those perfect people out there, you’ll soon be caught up in a whirlwind with your hypocritical selves. -Jenna

Jim the troll is a perfect example of someone who hates someone of color by calling them a ‘nigger‘ online for no apparent reason; that I’m aware of anyway. I’m sure in different circumstances outside of the internet, away from the computers; ‘Jim’ wouldn’t be calling anyone a ‘nigger’. Oh, let me summarize who Jim the troll is before I continue. Two hell maybe three months ago someone under then name ‘Jimmy’ used the word ‘nigger’ excessively across Asilee.com. Once even flooding one blog telling me what I should do with my life. He still trolls on here after another month has gone by still singing that ‘nigger’ tune but failing to realize all his messages go straight to the spam inbox and deleted. For more on that just click here or here. The point is, I am who I am and apparently, this tool hates me because of that by calling me a nigger because he don’t know who or what I really am. Who is he trying to prove to by calling people niggers is beyond me. I’m sure he’s subscribed to my blog because his e-mail link has shown up from him clicking on notifications that there are new blogs on here in his e-mail. How I know this? Its because its in my referrer’s section stats and it only shows up when he comments. He also only comments on all of the latest ones so yea its him.
I’m sure its not only him that hates me, my own family and family acquaintances hate me for who I am. I love it actually; I’m not changing for anyone. I love who I am because its so easier to be who I am and not who I’m not. So if someone who lack to know the true definition of a ‘nigger’ feels calling me a nigger on no grounds of evidence for the lack of a better slur then by all means. Call me all the niggers you want but that doesn’t make me one because you say I am. That just makes you a bigot. I’m Asilee, the only one in my family that refuse to bite my tongue and speak up. Let me clear this up before it happens, I’m not calling myself a nigger.

Why the NEW “We are the World” SUCKS!
Okay now okay we all know about the earth quakes in Haiti.
So music artist have been fund raising; but after watching the ‘we are the world’ remake, I was highly disgusted. Like seriously I know they are trying to help, but how the hell do they get that many music artists together and come out with the worst sound I ever heard in my life. Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Lil’ Wayne, T-Pain you SUCKED!
Why would you add rappers to we are the world? Seriously I really don’t get why they did that, who ever is responsible for doing this should be fired. The rappers murdered the song (yes in the most horrible way too).
They couldn’t even let go of the Auto-Tune for the sake of Haiti. Good grief…then they had to go and continue the mess with garbage ass rapping. T-Pain and Lil’ Wayne should go skip rocks with their faces across an active volcano. -Asilee

I know Michael Jackson is probably like “What a fuck up…I am DISAPPOINTED!!”. Even Jay-Z here said they shouldn’t of made a remake.

Update: Now there is a Spanish version of ‘We are the World’. Lets just hope it sounds better than the English version. I got a feeling its about to be a wave of fail coming from different versions of ‘We are the World’ coming real soon.

Well I would have to agree…
Residents of the Mistake by the Lake endure brutal winters, high crime and a tortured sports history. They are voting with their feet as the net migration out of the metro area was 71,000 over the past five years.
I mean come on, The Cleveland Cavaliers has been here since the 1970′s and they haven’t even won a championship. Although they aren’t the only ones that haven’t but this isn’t about them. The Browns; Lets not talk about the Browns, I don’t even want to get started on them. I live in Downtown Cleveland I must say it beats staying in the ghetto for sure. Even though at times walking through Tower City is like riding up and down St. Clair/Superior; especially on 105. I just know when I move out of Ohio, I won’t be looking back, ever.

If its a Disney movie the mother is most likely dead
I know I’m not the only one who has noticed this. Families created by Disney are unstable, they either have orphaned kids or there are no mothers at all. Either they were killed, evil, or just not there.
Quasimod's mother is killed in the first 8 minutes of the movie.
Ariel's mother is killed by a pirate ship in The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning
Bambi's mother was shot and killed by a hunter.
Tod's mother is shot and killed.
Cinderella's mother isn't mentioned (she's probably dead) but she has inept Aunts
Snow White's mother isn't mentioned but the queen is her stepmother.
She doesn't have a mother but she has a grandmother.
Jasmine doesn't have a mother.
Belle has no mother.
This one is kind of irrelevant. He was made and therefor couldn't have a mother unless you consider the 'Blue Fairy' as his mother.
No mother nor is there any mentioning of a mother.
Nemo's mom is killed in the first 5-9 minutes of the movie. As well as most of her kids.
Mother dies in car accident.
Orphaned.
No mother present.
Mother is dead.
No mother.
No mother, only father.
A quick way to make the audience “fall” for a character is to put that character in a traumatic situation, and create pity for the parent. What will evoke more pity than a parent dying? Ever since the first book was put in ink (Homer’s The Illiad and The Odysee) women have been portrayed as “evil”. Combine these two points, and that is why the mothers die in Disney movies.

The Sims 3: Patch Update v1.9.22/1.9/2.4
I was taken aback when I brought up The Sims 3 launcher just now just to find out there is a new update. Well lets see what the damages this one will cause.
This game update includes:
- High-End Loft Stuff – This update is required to play the digital download version of The Sims 3 High-End Loft Stuff.
- World Adventures – Users can now capture the Town Theatre subject in photography
- A change was made so that desks do not burn anymore.
- Mac only: Fixed an error with uploading screenshots from the Mac when the “.jpg” file extension is deleted.
- PC only: Fixed a bug where the launcher would display an error message that it could not connect to EADM on Vista and Windows 7 machines.
Okay this is getting redundant, I don’t have the Expansion or the Stuff pack for The Sims 3 so why do I have to install this VERY irrelevant patch?
Also lets make a few notes to those who are having problems, errors, issues, glitches and the like with the new updates/patches for The Sims 3:
Disable Custom Content
Custom Content is all Sims content that did not come from an official The Sims 3 Update, The Sims 3 Store, Expansion Pack, or Stuff Pack. Custom Content is created by 3rd Party Developers that are not regulated by Electronic Arts or The Sims 3 Development Team and may not work with new updates. Custom Content may cause the game to behave unexpectedly or not function entirely.
To disable your custom content, undo whatever you did to install this content to get your game back into an unmodified state. If you placed it in a Sims 3 directory folder, move it to a new folder that is outside your Sims 3 file directory. Your Sims 3 file directory can be found using the paths listed below:
Windows File Directory: C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3
Mac File Directory: User/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims/
Once you have installed the official update you may re-enable your custom content. If you experience problems, disable it again until the 3rd party developer updates their content to work with the official Update, Expansion Pack, or Stuff Pack.
Back Up your Save Files
It’s always a good precaution to back up your save files before installing an Expansion Pack, Update, or Stuff Pack. To do this, copy the “.sims3” folders found in the Saves folder onto your desktop or another file directory.
Your Sims 3 Saves folder can be found using the paths listed below:
Windows File Directory: C:\Documents and Settings\USER\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves
Mac File Directory: User/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims/Saves
After the Update is installed, run the game to verify your saves still function correctly.
Let the Update Complete Entirely
Updates can sometimes be rather large and may take a while to download and install completely. Canceling the update before it has completed may cause unexpected problems, so it is always best to let it finish entirely. Do not close the Launcher until you have confirmed the update is completely installed, as this will cancel the update.
