Can you PLEASE stop sending me the same shit to stumble? Some of you who are on my friends list, send me the same shit to stumble, over and over, and over and over. It gets fucking retarded after awhile. How much can one person stumble the same shit? Once it gets a ‘Thumbs Up’ or a ‘Thumbs Down‘ that’s it! You can’t give it any more. Plus people who feel they should send stumbles my way of the same site but a different page….stop that shit! 9/10 if people are really interested in your site they would search that site for more shit to thumbs up. Sending it to everyone on your friends list isn’t going to increase your chances. It just pisses people off.
The highest of stumbles people have sent me to stumble was 136 and 60 were of the same damn page! Look, do you look at the name you’re selecting when you’re sending them pages? Or is there some way that you knew that eventually after months and months of using StumbleUpon that it would piss me off?
Saying please after and before in every sentence isn’t going to make it any more less annoying. I’m appreciative of your e-manners but something has got to give. One of the stumblers on my friends list…LiveSteezeCom or whatever it is. They send me articles to stumble from their website that I JUST read from Yahoo or MSN. That’s also annoying. Yea, its not like they don’t know but its like they don’t care that people have other resources in getting their information. Plus that site promotes irrelevant information and most of it is wrong. Especially about blacks.
You know what, I’m just gone stop accepting friend requests all together.

I’ve deleted 4 of the spammers from my list. One of them was responsible for 75% of the suggestions.
After the 99 I got 78 suggestions!
I’m cured now!

I think the best solution is to delete the people that are in our friend-list that are spamming!!
I hope that Stumbleupon will add an option to disable this in the near future!!
My temporary solution was to disable the Firefox Addon from Stumbleupon. For a week now I use the build-in toolbar on Stumbleupon website.

Yep, I did that when I saw that it kept going to 99 after I just did 99. The spamming has stopped. Now I just have the ones that only send like one stumble a day.

I even blocked them so they couldn’t send me a friend request any more. I deleted a few and they had sent me a friend request like a day after.

I got the same problem!! People send me every day sites to stumble, so annoying!! I didn’t use Stumbleupon for a few weeks now and I get 99 sites to stupmble!! When I hit the Stumble button, FIRST I have to stumble the pages that people sending me!! Arghhh!
Is there an option on Stumbleupon to delete this option??

Nope, I wish it were. Other problem that I realized just a few days ago was, people sent me 99 stumbles, I stumble all of those and 99 more pops up. It happened at least 4 times. What pisses me off the most that 70 of those stumbles be the same …damn …page.

If I were you, I’d just delete all the offending friends from my list. SU is not a viral marketing tool as some seem to think it is; it’s a discovery tool for the users.
