Follow These Directions EXACTLY as I have typed !!!
There is an easy cheat for life points that DOSE NOT REQUIRE A MOD. The problem is that most people will give you wrong information on how to do it.
Follow These Directions EXACTLY as I have typed !!!
First, you MUST be on the SELECT A FAMILY SCREEN (AKA Main Menu) and pull up the cheat box then type in “testingcheatsenabled true” (WITHOUT the quatation marks and be sure to leave a space before the word True). Then go to your family and proceed to enter your town. Make sure your sims are on Play-Mode and go to the Lifetime Happiness tab with the Tressure Chest. You Must hold down the CTRL Key and Left-Click with your mouse between the Tressure Chest and your Liftime Points in order to get the 500points per click. If you are looking at the tressure chest to the left and your lifetime points to the right picture dividing the space between them into 4 slots, Here is an Example: (Tressure Chest)(1I2 3 4)(Life Time Points). you must click between Slots 1 and 2 in order for this to work correctly as shown in the example. If done ass directed you should be able to get +500 liftime points per click.

Same here – I’m using a Mac and the money cheats work, but not shazaam nor the testingCheats – but the money already helps a lot. (as in any case!)
I use the money to buy a lot of furniture to boost mood and to fulfill some of the lifetime points – then I use the lifetime points to buy Vacationer – this helps my sims hang out at home once a week on working day – which I can use for training etc…
Btw, I bought the company where my sims work, can I still be fired for missing work??

Yea I heard about a set age cheat but I think that was for The Sims 2. The Reset Sim cheat doesn’t enable you to change your Sims age…sorry.
There is a mod on modthesims that allows you raise their skills VERY quickly by reading books. I use that to raise their skills.

First off… I don’t know what the hell is wrong with most of the people on this board: “they work for me, you must be stupid” Talk about helpful replies.
To make the set career function work, just hold Shift then click on the sims mailbox.
Oh yeah, you also have to enable the cheat function. that is: hit Shift ctrl C and type TestingCheatsEnabled True
U guys! I have a cheat code that will get you all the money… All you have to do is press shift, Ctrl, and c. Then type in familyFunds (ur family’s last name), then type in 987654321. It will give you all the money! Share this with ur friends!

haha yeah that cheat is cool. You can also use it to take away money. Yeah im choosing not to use cheats mostly cuz sims 2 got boring because of my excessive cheat use… although having backup cheats will give me an advantage during emergencies
