  1. Hey you seem so smart and I absolutly LOVE the sims 3 and all the other ones but I have this 1
question I NEED to know and it’s say if you find a empty lot and you wanna build a house before
you even move anyone into it can you?????? And also I have one more what do you suggest to
do when all your sims are at work and you are just kinnda sitting there??????

    • Yes, you can, you can simply go to ‘edit town’ and select an empty lot you want to build on and when you’re through you can move them in through your phone or through ‘edit town’. Just simply evict them and move them into the new house you just built. As far as just sitting there, I would just fast forward through the day until they come home, that’s what I usually did until I got the expansion pack Ambitions.

  2. Hey, uhmm .. can you make you’re own park or
you’re own grocery store, or eaven you’re own bussiness on a lot?
    and will ppl come?
this might be a stupid question,
but i always wanted to do thatt,
and this is for sims 3 gameplay ; 2010.

  3. I have made my own community lot but i cant hold a party there is there anyway to do this? i even bulldozed one that came up when i used the phone to hold a party and built on that but it still wont let me, any ideas?

    Thanks

  4. Hi,

I stumbled on this site through google. You seem pretty smart with the sims. I am very impressed. I do have one question though, that I cannot seem to get answered. How do you play a sim after they move out? Ya know like when the teen turns into a young adult and gets to move out, how do you play them? And is there a way for you to make spouse for them? You seem to be my only hope. Please help. Thank you. If you want, you can just email me the answer. That would be great.

    • You would have to move that Sim to a home and then make that home the active household. Sadly you can only have one active household at a time. If you want to make that Sim have a spouse, you can either make a sim to add to the household and allow them to become partners or you can find a single sim pre-made in the game. I hope this helped some.

  9. Lee

is there… a .. way.. to .. pick… empty lots and place them where you want?

    like.. lots of different sizes

instead of the ones that are originally plotted in the town

or are those the only empty lots available?

  10. How do you “setup for your party” in Sims 3? I hosted a party for a co-worker which turned out okay but everyone was complaining of be’g hungry. I didn’t have a clue what to do. Thanks for any help you can give.

    • You have to setup for the part by going to buy/build mode and theres a section that have party equipment.

    • You should make food before the party starts, or order a pizza. There’s always a warning 2 hours before the party starts saying for your sim to setup. Some sims arrive up to an hour earlier, so be prepared. You can also buy a bar and have your sim make drinks ahead of time. And you can buy a “pit fire” (I think that’s the wrong name, but you’ll find it…) in the outdoor/grill section. It seats up to 8 people (buy your own chairs) and you can light a fire. Everyone can roast marshmallows or whatever food they have with them, but the food only serves one. (I roasted an entire turkey and my sim ate the whole thing right off the stick). To make the party a great party, always have music, food/drink, and things to do (TV, video games, multi-person games, swings, pool etc.)

  11. hey do you know if there is or if there is going to be a cheat where you can have more than 8 family members?

i just heard that there was a cheat like that in the sims 2…
